Brendon Callender
PRESIDENT
Mr. Callender spent over 13 years as an executive with Home Trust Company. Mr. Callender managed the largest volume underwriting and originations team for Home Trust Company. In 2013, Mr. Callender’s was the first ever billion-dollar origination and underwriting team in the company’s history representing 23% of the company annual origination volume. In 2014, Mr. Callender worked with Home Capital Group founder Gerry Soloway to create an infill residential construction product that by its 3rd year originated over $170 million of residential construction mortgages in Ontario. By the end of 2016, Mr. Callender oversaw 41 staff directly and indirectly while running the Construction, Small Commercial and Central Ontario originations and underwriting group.

Presently, Mr. Callender consults for numerous Ontario mortgage investment corporations as well as one of Australia’s largest banks. He is a LENDER by trade with a mortgage agent license.
